The arrangement comprises a first hopper (12) for receiving the unsorted batteries. The hopper (12) has devices for sorting the batteries according to their sizes. A feeding hopper (14) is arranged at the exit of the first hopper for conveying the batteries. A conveyor (16) carries the batteries from the hopper (14) to a selection unit (18) having rolls of different diameters allows to sort the batteries according to their diameters. The selection unit has pairs of rolls (18a,18b;18c,18d) arranged with decreasing diameters forming a funnel. Guiding ramps (54,56,58,60,64) respectively associated to the selection unit convey the batteries to the storage place. |
