The objective of the present invention is to provide an information transmitting device with which losses resulting from corruption of information during communication are reduced, while confidential information is encrypted robustly. An encryption key K11 is generated by means of a prescribed encryption key generating algorithm, using publishable information D11. Encrypted confidential information D15, in which confidential information D13 has been encrypted, is generated using the encryption key K11. The publishable information D11 and the encrypted confidential information D15 are integrated, and a header and a footer, for example, required for transmission, are appended thereto to generate transmission information D17. |
