FIELD: road repair and maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this is used for treating road surface with sand-salt mixture or loose chemical reagents and materials. Machine has base chassis with power unit, body which is mounted on chassis frame for carrying sand-salt mixture. Built in bottom part of body is power-driven conveyor which is conjugated with sand thrower installed in rear part of body. Also provided is plough connected with corresponding hydraulic cylinders for turning and lifting operations having own hydraulic lock. They are connected with power unit through power take-off unit and hydraulic pumps which are used for serving conveyor drive and sand thrower drive. Conveyor and thrower disk drives are reversible. Hydraulic cylinders can be locked in required positions for fixing plough as needed. Hydraulic tank is common for entire hydraulic system and is connected to peripherals by hydraulic lines. System is provided with filter with by-pass valve, regulator of hydraulic fluid flow delivered to hydraulic motor and hydraulic control valves, and shut-off devices. Conveyor drive hydraulic motor is adjustable. Return line of sand thrower disk hydraulic motor incorporates back-up pressure valve. Installed in driver's cab is multiposition hydraulic manifold with set of throttle valves. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwge |
