<p>A lining material which includes grooved or multi-lobel fibres appropriately secured by thermally bondable fibres such that the detrimental abrasion and deformation characteristics of materials including such grooved or multi-lobel fibres are substantially mitigated. The grooved or multi-lobel fibres may be 4DG fibres supplied by the Eastman Chemical Company or Dacron fibres. The thermally bondable fibres may be polypropylene, bicomponent or low melting polyester fibres.</p> |
