METHOD OF PREPARING IMPLANTING MATERIAL, SYNTHETIC ANALOG OF OSSEOUS MATRIX

FIELD: medicine, stomatology, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing two-component system of collagen gel and hydroxylapatite followed by filtration, washing out and drying. Synthesis of hydroxylapatite in collagen gel is carried out by addition firstly of acid solution and phosphorus (+5)-containing solution in collagen gel and then by addition of solution containing calcium ions followed by increase of pH to alkaline values. Obtained material exhibits property of strong complex of collagen and hydroxylapatite and shows very high osteostimulating and optimizing property with respect to bone regeneration. Material is water-insoluble and shows resistance to resorbing effect of tissue medium. Material shows properties that are very similar to that of chemical-physical parameters and indices of biological activity of osseous tissue and can be used in surgery treatment of bone-destructive diseases.
