<p>A system for progressively reducing the concentration of cigarette smoke inhaled by a smoker, comprising a set of combined cigarette lighter/perforators designed to ventilate cigarettes (13, 15) to different extents. The lighter/perforators are used in turn, to enable the smoker to reduce the tar and nicotine inhaled, at a controlled rate.</p> |
