摘要 FIELD: wine industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has thermostatically controlled vessel with closure and process branch pipes, and annular bubbler with outlet openings formed as supersonic nozzles. Bubbler, blade mixer and sets of baffles are positioned within vessel. Sets of baffles are mounted on paired rods fixed in vessel bottom and closure. Mixer blades and/or baffles are made of permanent magnets. Apparatus allows substances having tendency to developing crystalline and colloid foggings to be removed from grape juices and wines.
