Provided is a low cost electroacoustic converter having wide directivity over a wide frequency band from low range to high range as a single unit. The present invention is provided with an oscillating body 1, an actuator that reciprocally drives the oscillating body 1 and a support part that supports the oscillating body 1 along the reciprocating direction and allows for oscillation, wherein the oscillating body 1 is provided with a pair of convex surfaces 5 that consist of convex surfaces on each of a pair of vertically divided cylindrical parts, a wing-shaped oscillation unit 7 that forms a trough part 6 between one side section of one of the pair of convex surfaces 5 and one side section of the other of the pair of convex surfaces 5, a trough part blocking part 8 that connects between the outer peripheral edges of the pair of convex surfaces 5 at both edges of the trough part 6 and blocks both edges of the trough part 6 and a cone-shaped oscillation unit 9 formed conically surrounding the trough part blocking part 8 and the wing-shaped oscillation unit 7 and that is connected to the outer circumferential edge section of the trough part blocking part 8 and the other side sections of the pair of convex surfaces 5. |
