The data processing method comprises: obtaining first request information containing first data and a first account, sending the first request information to a first server; obtaining a first execution result returned by the first server; and sending the first request information to a second server according to the first execution result. The data processing method and platform of the embodiments of the application can increase a success rate of online data processing.
