The machine is drawn by a tractor and consists of, at least one primary part (4), with working discs, where each disc has teeth, or multiple angular blades. There is at least one secondary part (5), with working discs, similarly teethed or bladed, and which, however, are not set as deep as the primary discs. There is at least one harrow roller (6); and finally a seeder (7).
