FIELD: heat engineering; spacing tubes of coil heating surfaces. SUBSTANCE: strut consists of two similar half-struts stamped from flat strip and provided with transversal extrusions for receiving the tubes of coils which are made at pitch equal to pitch of coil tubes. Between these extrusions half-struts have sections of <EMI ID=0.481 HE=9 WI=3 TI=CHI>-shaped form in cross-section. Flat bases of half-struts are directed towards each other and are interconnected by means of spot welding. Their sizes shall ensure free positioning of welding equipment electrode. During operation, spacer struts take up gravity load from tubes and dirt and transmit them to bearing beams. Tubes are free to move in extrusions at temperature strains. EFFECT: reduction of total expenses for spacing the tubes of coil heating surfaces. 4 dwg |
