A parts-mounted member (12) includes plural portions (12a,12b) having different surfaces respectively on which parts (8,14) are mounted. The portions (12a,12b) are rotatably connected to each other. The portions (12a,12b) are fixed to each other and the surfaces thereof are held in a fixed angular relation after the parts (8,14) are mounted on the surfaces. The portions may include first and second portions (12a,12b) which are held perpendicular to each other.
