SUBSTANCE: method consists in applying force to ship by heaving-in the rope by means of winch; rope is connected with parachute located in water near its surface; parachute is reinforced with metal tubes over its perimeter. EFFECT: speeded-up procedure of getting ship afloat without assistance.
