METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLING INNER PARTS OF ARTICLES WITH COILED SPRINGS

FIELD: manufacture and assembling inner parts of articles with coiled springs. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes device for assembling inner parts of springs and device for carrying spring rows placed upstream relative to assembling device according to manufacturing line and having at least one conveyor passing through assembling device. Winding device is arranged near inlet of conveyor, it operates during a large number of cycles; at each cycle one spring is fed onto conveyor. Between successive cycles of feeding spring one-by-one on conveyer step motor or other servomotor moves conveyor by program controlled distance. It provides possibility for receiving different program controlled gap values between springs in spring rows transported by means of conveyor to carrying device. EFFECT: possibility of assembling springs of different size, rigidity values and types in each row, optimal efficiency of method with use of such apparatus. 24 cl, 9 dwg
