The printing machine includes a color application raster cylinder, on which an ink is applied by means of a toner chamber, from which the color is stripped of by the charged cylinder in form of a negative print image, so that the color remains as a positive print image on the raster cylinder. The print cylinder is arranged next to the raster cylinder, so that the ink is transferable on it. The printing machine includes a color application arrangement, a printing cylinder, a central cylinder, and a cylinder with an electrostatically charged surface, which is associated with charging electrodes, a laser write head, and a discharge electrode. The color application arrangement consists of a raster cylinder, on which the ink is applied by means of a toner chamber, from which the ink is stripped of by the charged cylinder in form of a negative print image, so that the ink remains as a positive print image on the raster cylinder. The print cylinder is arranged next to the raster cylinder, so that the ink is transferable on it.
