The steering device consists basically of a triathlon type handlebar which can be folded up and is so made as to provide a comfortable grip in both settings. The handlebar is locked fast, but can be released by pressing a button. Its position can be changed while riding the bicycle. The brakes and gear shift lever are usable in both positions.
