Concentric holes (24) are located in the seal (cover 11) closing off piston bore and piston rod (5) is traversed with the control pistons thrusting off the drive housing (35). The main slide (9) is larger in diameter on the sealing flange (20) than on flange (15) for slide reversal under pressure oil effect. The piston bore seal takes form of a filler (47) which supports the control pistons and thrusts off housing (35). The sealing filler in the piston bores seals a length greater than the stroke of the linear drive and the diameter of the sealing filler is larger in the cylinder space (10) than in the piston bore. The slide (9) travel in the piston bore is limited by a safety element (53) and the control pistons are arrested firmly in the filler bore (51).
