The trolley comprises chassis (10), uprights (11,12), basket (20) and platform (15) with support wheels (13,14,16). The push bar (17) actuates wheel brakes which are released by contact of the rear frame section (46) with the angled cam (41) on the basket base frame (30) of the connecting trolley.
