PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase of a total loss of a drive system.SOLUTION: On assumption that control modes Mdf, Mdr of two inverters are held in current modes, a temporary distribution ratio Drtmp is set so that a total loss of a drive system is reduced (S200). Succeedingly, it is determined whether or not a prescribed prediction time has arrived at which either of the control modes of the first and second inverters is switched to a PWM control mode from a rectangular wave control mode when controlling the inverters with the temporary distribution ratio Drtmp as a target distribution ratio Dr* (S210 to S270). Then, the prescribed prediction time has not arrived, the temporary distribution ratio Drtmp is set to the target distribution ratio Dr* (S280), and when the prescribed prediction time has arrived, the previous target distribution ratio Dr* is set to a new target distribution ratio Dr*.
