PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure good longitudinal weight balance of a car body, by forming a balance weight in a part of an upper unit frame most distant from a working bench by interposing the turning center in the intermediate. SOLUTION: In a turn table frame 50, right/left directional extension frames 53, 54 respectively extended in a right/left direction are mounted transversely in the halfway part and rear end part between a pair of right/left longitudinal directional extension frames 51, 51 extended in a longitudinal direction. The right/left directional extension frame 54 in the rear end part, for making it function as a balance weight, is formed by a frame main unit 54a rising upward to increase weight and a bumper concurrently serving as a weight 54b mounted in the rear end thereof. The bumper and weight 54b, formed in circular arc shape to be swollen rearward as shown in plan view, is connected forward/ backward moving position adjustably in a longitudinal direction by an adjusting bolt 63 to the frame main unit 54a through a forward/backward movement adjusting brackets 61, 62.
