PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the taking out of a tray from becoming unprocessable. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the tray 11 housed in a casing and taken out by the restoring force of an elastic body 19, a lock lever 16 locking the tray 11 to the casing for housing, a cam 15 for making the lock lever 16 release the lock by rotating while sliding in contact with the lock lever 16, a motor 13 for rotating the cam 15 at the time of the taking out process of the tray 11, a normal processing time measuring means 21 for measuring the time from the start to drive the motor 13, a detection means 18 for detecting the released state of the lock in accordance with the position of the lock lever 16, and a control means 12 for stopping the motor 13 when the release of lock is detected by the detection means 18 and also for increasing the driving force of the motor 13 when the release of lock is not detected by the detection means 18 till a specified time is measured by the normal processing time measuring means 21.
