PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe driving discriminating device capable of providing the tendency of driving close to reality based on the normal driving of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In step 100, it is discriminated whether the start of measurement is instructed by operating a switch or not. In step 110, a traveling parameter is logged. In step 120, it is discriminated whether the end of measurement is instructed by operating the switch or not. In step 140, processing is performed for requesting the division data of sex, age and car type in order to change the data of indexes as reference data for safe driving discrimination. In step 150, the inputted division data are read. In step 160, the discrimination of safe driving is performed based on measured data while using indexes. In step 170, the discriminated result is outputted.
