The invention relates to an electronic device for high precision remote transmission-reception of electric signals by two wires, which comprises an operational amplifier (CI1) which takes over a signal proportional to the input current from a resistor detecting the input current (R1) and supplies said current to a three- ouput-state comparator, a state corresponding to a zero input current (ZERO), a positive current state (V in > V out) and a negative current state (V in < V out), in each of said output states an optocoupler ( O 1, O 2, O 3) being activated, said optocoupler (O 1) activated in the zero current state (ZERO) controlling the generation of a logic state 1 to 0, validation output (FLAG) which indicates the correct transmission of signals, the optocoupler ( O 2) activated in the positive current state (V in > V out) controlling the charging of a capacitor (C) which determines the decrease in the input current, the optocoupler (O 3) activated in the negative current state (V out > V in) controlling the discharge of the capacitor (C), thus adjusting the input current with maintenance of the zero value
