PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an effect due to a mechanical vibration and to simultaneously realize EMC measures simply and without increasing man-hour when an auxiliary storage device which is provided with a mechanical drive part and an electric circuit is built in an information processor. SOLUTION: In order to restrain the mechanical vibration of an auxiliary storage device 1, an information-processor enclosure 3 is attached via respective elastic bodies 4. When the surface of the elastic bodies 4 is treated by a vapor deposition or a plating in such a way that the electric resistance of the surface becomes almost 0, the suppression of an effect due to the mechanical vibration and EMC measures are realized without using a ground connecting wire for the EMC measures.
