SUBSTANCE: device has TV sets, cable distributors, video monitoring unit, TV signal matching unit, feeding cable, amplifier of feeding cable. Video monitoring unit has video camera, microphone, video signal converter, amplifier, modulator, controlling filter, controlled filter, local oscillator. TV signal matching unit has frequency-independent attenuator, amplitude equalizer and additional signal mixing unit. EFFECT: possibility to use coaxial public TV signal wire for transmission of TV signal to TV sets of monitoring points without addition of noise to signals of TV broadcasting signals. 3 cl, 1 dwg
