PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mix two kinds of fluid uniformly in the wide ranging from a low velocity of the falling of the fluid to a high velocity of that. SOLUTION: A first inlet 4 and a second inlet 5 are formed in a mixer body 1 and an outlet 6 is formed in an under cover, and an injecting-fluid pipe 8 which connects the second inlet 5 with a mixing chamber 7 is placed. Rotating blades 20, which connect the first inlet 4 with the mixing chamber 7, are so equipped on the surface of the fluid-injection pipe 8 as to move up and down flexibly. The velocity of fluid by the rotating blades 20 can be controlled by the control of a flow-area in such a way that the distance between the respective rotating blades 20 is changed by moving a screw 14 up and down.
