PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin material from intruding into a seam of a terminal metal piece. SOLUTION: A terminal metal piece 20 is provided with a protrusion 21 and embedding part 23 formed by folding a metal plate 30 and laying one over another. The folded part 32 of the protrusion and the folded part 23 of the embedding part have different lengths, so that seams 22 and 24 formed between the side edges 33 and 35 are dislocated on the side with protrusion 21 with respect to the side with the embedding part 23 by performing the folding and laying one over another in such a way that the two side edges 33 and 35 are butted together. Thereby the root part of the seam 22 on the side with protrusion 21 is blocked with the end face 36 of the folded part 34. When a housing 10 is formed by insert molding, the protrusion 21 is inserted into a hole 42 in a die 40, and molten resin 43 is poured into the cavity 41, wherein there is no risk of the resin 43 intruding into the seam 22 because the root part of the seam 22 of the protrusion 21 is blocked.
