PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the cutting of an adhesive force between a form and a concrete and enhance working efficiency for mold release during an operation to release the form. SOLUTION: The form 17 is a concrete block molding form for molding a cylindrical concrete block with a lateral opening and has a cylindrical inner frame 4 arranged on the bottom plate 3 and also a cylindrical outer frame consisting of plural outer frame face plates 6 which are movable outwardly on the outside of the inner frame 4. In addition, the form 17 has a transverse cylindrical part 6a fitted to the inner face of each of the outer frame face plates 6. Under this structure, in the inner frame 4, a face plate ejector device 16A is provided which can eject the outer frame face plates 6 to the outside passing through in ejection hole 4a bored in the inner frame 4 and the transverse cylindrical part 6a. When the form 17 is released after the forming of a concrete, a rotary drive shaft 20 is rotated by manipulating a lever 21 and an arm member 22 is rotated in one piece with the shaft 20. At the same time, an ejection part 24 ejects the outer frame face plates 6 to the outside through the connecting rods 23, 23' of ejection mechanisms 18A, 19A. This ejection force sets free the adhesive force between the outer frame face plates 6 and the concrete and thus the outer frame face plates 6 can be easily moved outwardly by hand.
