PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a high frequency switch even in the case that it is required to increase/decrease number of input ports and number of output ports of the high frequency switch. SOLUTION: The two-way high frequency switch 1 that has a switch function passing or interrupting a high frequency signal by selecting a DC bias applied to a gate electrode of a transistor(TR) 9 connecting to s stub 8 is provided with the one input port 5 and the two output ports 6, 7. The bidirectional high frequency switch whose number of the input ports is an even number and whose number of the output port is the unity or whose number of the input ports is the unity and whose number of the output is an even number can be generated by combining an even number of the high frequency switches 1.
