PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly mount a bumper, keeping appearance of a car body, to facilitate a mounting work of the bumper, to increase efficiency of the mounting work and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, coupling pieces 10B projected backward from rear tip parts of bumper sides 10A formed at both tip parts of a bumper 10 are formed so as to be freely bendable for the bumper sides 10A at these rear tip parts. At locations opposed to parts where the coupling pieces 10B are formed when the bumper 10 of a side surface of a car body 20 is mounted, side surface brackets 21 to be coupled with the coupling pieces 10B bent inward for the bumper sides 10A are provided.
