PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying processing means capable of accumulating carried materials by order, and miniaturizing a machine to a some extent (at least to the extent in the past), and also provide a photograph processing device miniaturized by the use of the carrying processing means. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a carrying part 11 carrying carried materials processed as prescribed, and with an accumulating part 14 accumulating the aforesaid materials carried by the carrying part 11, the accumulating part 14 is formed out of a vertically operable accumulating part 12 to be operated substantially in the vertical direction, and of a horizontally operable accumulating part 13 to be operated substantially in the horizontal direction, and it is so constituted that the carried materials are transshipped from the vertically operable accumulating part 12 to the horizontally movable accumulating part 13, after the carried materials have been accumulated in the vertically movable accumulating part 12.
