PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate winding for a core, and enable automation by a method, wherein the core is constituted by core pieces facing each other across a magnetic gap, and insulation layers in which a clearance capable of passing a coil conductor is left behind in the magnetic gap, coating the surface of the core pieces. SOLUTION: A core 4 is constituted by C-shaped core pieces facing each other across a magnetic gap 41a and having a pair of end faces, and insulation layers, in which a clearance capable of passing a coil conductor is left behind in the magnetic gap 41a, coating the surface of the core pieces. Furthermore, a magnetic or nonmagnetic spacer 6 is mounted into the gap of the core 4. Furthermore, a through direction of the magnetic gap 41a in a section perpendicular to the central axis of the core piece is inclined to the radial direction of the core piece. Furthermore, as a coil conductor, not only a conductor having a circular sectional shape but also a rectangular conductor or a trapezoid conductor, of which a lower bottom comes into contact with a core surface, is adopted.
