PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store indispensable documents nearby to allow a driver to handle a vehicle correctly by forming a storage space between a cover member and a body bulkhead behind a driver's seat. SOLUTION: A body bulkhead 11 is provided behind a driver's seat, and a resin cover 15 is fixed in the front of it, i.e., the rear end 15a of the cover 15 is inserted into a body member, and the front end section 15 b is fixed to the front slope of the body bulkhead 11 by a double-faced adhesive 13. An opening section 15c is provided at the center upper face section of the cover 15 to form an entrance port for an operation instruction manual. The upper half section of the cover 15 is formed so that the center section is protruded forward, and a storage space 16 for the operation instruction manual is formed between the body bulkhead 11 serving as a base section and the cover 15. The operation instruction manual is stored in the storage space 16 from the upper opening section 15c of the cover 15, it can be invariably arranged near a driver, convenience is increased, and a vehicle can be correctly handled.
