PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a door lock device by providing a lever handle, a key-operated type lock device and cover plates, providing a link member for connecting the key-operated type lock device to the latch operating mechanism of the lever handle, and arranging the link member slightly separated from the inside surface of a door. SOLUTION: This door lock device comprises a lever handle means 1 provided with a latch member 14 or the like, a key-operated type lock device 2 provided with a key hole 21 and an inner knob 23, a link member 3 slightly separated from the inside surface of a door 4 with a small distance, suspended from the inside surface of the door, and operatingly connecting the lever handle means 1 to the key-operated type lock means 2, and cover plates 5, 5'. Accordingly, because the link member 3 is not penetrated through the thickness of the door, it is unnecessary to drill a slender hole in the door for receiving the link member 3. Consequently, the construction of the door lock device can be simplified.
