PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely house tickets without generating a jamming and without generating scratches on the tickets by providing an accumulating part piling and accumulating tickets issued from a tickets issuing part and a pressing part pressing accumulated tickets of an uppermost layer in the accumulating direction. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an accumulating part 40 for housing tickets carried from a carrier part 8. A rotary shaft of a roller 25 is in parallel with a rotary shaft of a pulley 17. A pressing part includes the pulley 17 and a roller 25. A handle for manually moving carrier belts 19, 20 and eliminating a ticket jamming when a ticket jamming is generated within a first carrier belt mechanism 9 or a second carrier belt mechanism 10 is mounted coaxially with the pulley 17. Because tickets are pressed by the roller 25 rotating tickets of an uppermost layer on a stored mounting base 41 (tickets at the closest position to the pulley 17 of accumulated tickets) in an accumulating direction, winding curls of tickets with winding curls are corrected.
