PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film unit with a lens which is compact and excellent in operability and by which photographing is easily performed because a strap hardly interferes with a hand by forming a strap attaching part on a rear cover without projecting from the surface of the rear cover. SOLUTION: In a unit main body 1, an unexposed film chamber 1a is constituted on either side and an exposed film chamber 1b is constituted on the other side by holding a photographic image plane frame 1c in between. The strap attaching part 31 is provided in a nearly triangular space surrounded by the back surface and the left side surface of the rear cover 3 and the chamber 1b. The attaching part 31 is formed without projecting from the cover 3, and a strap 7 is attached to the attaching part 31, then the attaching part 31 is formed at the nearly center part in the height direction of the film unit with a lens. Since the attaching part 31 is formed on the cover 3 without projecting, the film unit with a lens is compact and excellent in portability. Since the strap hardly interferes with the hand, photographing is easily performed.
