PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close a light shielding cover by utilizing the slide of a slide cover. SOLUTION: A cam plate 33 provided with a rack gear for driving 32 is attached to the inner wall on the back side of the slide cover. A transmission gear 75 with which the gear 32 is meshed just before the slide cover reaches a cartridge exchanging position is attached to the outer wall of the back of a cartridge chamber. The rotation of the gear 75 is transmitted to a pinion gear 81 through a rack plate 77 having a vertical rack gear 78 and a horizontal rack gear 79. When the gear 81 is somewhat turned, a driving shaft 83 engaged with the end of the light shielding cover 39 is turned by the energizing of a coil spring 88 acting as a toggle spring.
