PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a curb only by fitting a ditch plank on a U-ditch without separately constructing the curb after the construction of the U-ditch by integrally forming the curb on the upper surface of a concrete flat ditch plank. SOLUTION: A concrete flat ditch plank 3 to be fitted to the U-ditch of a road gutter has bored handles 4 at the ends and U-ditch grooves 5 formed on the side lower surfaces, so that it can be fitted to and mounted on the U- ditch. A curb 2 is integrally formed on the upper surface center of the ditch plank 3, and recessed handles 1 are provided on both side surfaces of the curb 2. According to this, the curb 2 can be easily formed only by fitting and placing the ditch plank 3 onto the U-ditch by use of the handles 1, compared with the conventional construction method of separately constructing the curb 2 after the construction of the U-ditch. The width of the curb 2 is set to about a half of the width of the ditch plank 3, so that the carrying can be performed with a contracted loading capacity by vertically reversing and stacking the ditch planks 3.
