PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminate wherein air bubbles are not present between hard plate-shaped members and an adhesive layer with good productivity. SOLUTION: At least one adhesive layer 6 having rubbery elasticity and pressure-sensitive adhesiveness is held between a glass plate 1 and a synthetic resin plate 8 and the whole is pressurized from the outside of the synthetic resin plate 8 by a roller 9 to relatively move the glass plate 1 and the synthetic resin plate 8 by the linear pressure of the roller 9 while bending them. The roller 9 brings the glass plate 1 and the synthetic resin plate 8 into contact with the adhesive layer 6 under pressure at the pressurizing part thereof to bond both plates 1, 8 under pressure while floating them from the adhesive surfaces of the adhesive layer 6 by bending on the rear side of the relative moving direction of the glass plate l and the synthetic resin plate 8 from the pressurizing part. The adhesive layer 6 is preliminarily bonded to the glass plate 1.
