PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems that there is a fear of threshing ears of rice plants of unreaped grain culms when violently performing operations to sweep off dewdrops because a conventionally used dewdrop sweeping off rod is not a brushlike state and a load conversely is applied to a threshing device by the grain culms in a wet threshed state if the dewdrops are insufficiently swept off. SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for sweeping off dewdrops for a combine harvester is obtained by forming slender wire rods 2 into a layered bundle and providing a dewdrop sweeping off brush 3 in the apparatus 1 for sweeping off the dewdrops capable of performing operations to sweep off the dewdrops for unreaped grain culms in a field. The dewdrop sweeping off brush 3 is composed by arranging tines 4 having a higher hardness and a larger wire diameter than those of the wire rods 2 in main points on the front side.
