PURPOSE: Provided are a method for activating fluid by a magnet and an apparatus thereof. The purposes of this invention is the follows: i) the enhancement for the decomposition power of H2O and hydrogen bond and ion bond by increasing activation energy; ii) prompt reaction without high flowing resistance in a pipe by a unit of simple structure; iii) the contribution for alkalifying fluid according to the enhancement for the decomposition power of hydrogen bond; iv) the enhancement for cleaning power and solubility according to increasing activation energy; and v) the disinfection of fluid by the generation of electromotive force and the radiation of magnetic force according to oxidation-reduction potential. CONSTITUTION: The method proceeds the following steps: i) a flowing step to treat fluid in a pipe; ii) an activating step for fluid by the generation of electromotive force due to potential difference and the reactions of chemical catalysis through the flow in a concentric pipe between the anode and the cathode formed a platinum film; and iii) the decomposition step for hydrogen bond and ion bond by flowing the activated fluid through the concentric pipe between an inner and an outer magnet. The apparatus described at draw 1 is mainly composed of an inlet (10), an outlet (10a), partitions (12a), pipes (24,24a,33), a first catalytic electrode (20), a second catalytic electrode (20a), a first magnet (31), a second magnet (32), couplings (40,40a) and a housing (50). The anodes (21,21a) and cathodes (22,22a) is composed of alumina and activated carbon respectively (21 and 22 vs. 21a and 22a).
