PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent magnetic acoustic converter with improved shock resistance in a magnetic sound generator used for radiating sound (calling, information, warning, etc.), in various industrial fields. SOLUTION: In this magnetic acoustic converter, a plate 14, a magnet 17 arranged on this plate 14, and a coil 16 are integrated into a single body by molding them with a mold part 23 of a frame 22 at the time of molding a frame 22, and the integration by molding prevents the coil 16 and magnet 17 from coming off due to impacts after they are built in the device, thus improving the reliability.
