STRIP DEGREASING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method of improving strip degreasing efficiency by keeping the strip feed speed constant is provided. CONSTITUTION: The strip degreasing method includes the steps of continuous feeding of a steel strip contaminated with rolling mill lubricant; regulating the feed speed of steel strip by strip looper(30); passing the strip through alkali degreasing line and electro degreasing line for cleansing; and passing the strip through continuous annealing line(CGL,40) and electro galvanizing line(EGL).
