PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking device by which running load during running at a low speed is decreased without spoiling safety of a walking cast, as a walking support tool. SOLUTION: By contacts of relays RY1-RY4 which are not actuated when running speed of a walking cart does not reach a specified value, but are actuated when it reaches at least the specified value, a power generation damping force is generated by shortcircuiting between wires of electric elements 11R-11R of an electricity generators on the left and right of the cart body.
