PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove temperature and humidity that tend to stay inside a mat to permit adjustment to the same degree as the indoor in a simple constitution and at low cost, and to permit the mat to be folded and stored. SOLUTION: A mat 1 comprises the main body of the mat 2 and side material 3 covering its circumference. As the main body of the mat 2, the upside, underside and right and left sides of an internal layer 4 comprising a material that bas great gas permeability and secures the gap of air flow even when the load of a human body is applied are covered with coating layers 5,6 and 7 of the material with lower gas permeability than that of the internal layer material to open the front and rear faces of the internal layer 4 as opening parts H, so that the air inside the internal layer 4 is let flow lengthwise. Moreover, the main body of the mat 2 is divided into three units lengthwise, and each unit is stored in a bag part 3a at three points of the side material 3 so as to permit folding through the bonded parts of the bag parts 3a.
