PURPOSE: To compress the whole of a hose uniformly even with a general flat band while decreasing thickness of the whole of the hose and making it impossible for the whole of the hose to ground. CONSTITUTION: A hose main body 1 can be molded thin in thickness dimensions and a grounding part 2a made of hard resin grounds at the time of using it by slightly projecting and exposing the grounding part 2a with a flat reinforcing material 2 and a flat and smooth outer periphery from an outer peripheral surface 1a of the hose main body 1, and in the case of fastening the whole of a hose with a general flat band C, the soft resin made hose main body 1 is elastically deformed and perfectly buries the hard resin made reinforcing material 2, and the grounding part 2a and the outer peripheral surface 1a of the hose main body 1 come to be roughly on the same level.
