A laminated film comprising a polyester film and, formed on at least one surface thereof, a covering layer having a water-soluble or a water-dispersible resin as a main constituting component material, characterized in that the laminated film has a value for the resistance to water of 90 % or more, a value for discoloration after the melt molding thereof of 10 or less and the change in a haze value after heating is 20 % or less. The laminated polyester film is excellent in all of adhesiveness, resistance to water, reusability and the insusceptibility to whitening due to heating.
