PURPOSE: A grinding pad manufacturing method improves a workability by effectively implementing a grinding work without the supply of a cooled water. CONSTITUTION: A mixed material of a paste state is made by mixing diamond powder and liquid phase phenol resin or epoxy resin, calcium carbonate powder, pigment and copper powder. The mixed material of a paste state is screen printed on a base cloth. The screen printed base cloth is cured. A velcro cloth is cut. The cut velcro cloth is attached on the rear surface of the base cloth. Therefore, a grinding pad has little friction with a grinding plane by the easy separation of the diamond powder from the grinding pad because the material of the grinding pad is painted by the screen printing.
