PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disclosure of the contents of a slip, while an address is made seen through a window of an envelope, and thereby to keep concealability of information, on the occasion of sending the slip to a customer by using the windowed envelope. SOLUTION: A masking sheet 3 hiding the surface of a customer's slip 4 including a content presenting part 4b is interposed between a copy slip 2 and the customer's slip 4. The masking sheet 3 is provided with an address entry part corresponding to the address entry parts of the copy slip 2 and the customer's slip 4 above and below and the sheet 3 is bound together with the slips 4 and 2 detachably. The customer's slip 4 hidden by the masking sheet 3 is put in a windowed envelope and the address entry part of the masking sheet 3 is made to correspond to the window of the envelope so that the address alone is seen through the window.
