PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the processing ability without entailing an upsizing and weight increasing due to reinforcement of a magazine. SOLUTION: This device has the magazine 14 which houses rolled paper 4' consisting of photographic paper 4 wound in a roll state, an in-magazine roller 17 which draws the photographic paper 4 out of the magazine 14, an photographic printing paper transporting roller 8 which transports the photographic paper 4 drawn out of the magazine 14 toward an exposure table and a controller which sets the speed when the front end of the photographic paper 4 is transported toward the photographic printing paper transporting roller 8 by the in-magazine roller 17 lower than the speed at which the photographic paper 4 is continuously transported to the exposure table 11 by the photographic printing paper transporting roller 8.
